The purpose was profound: to introduce the cultural richness of Hue and its specialties to our esteemed guests, fostering a deeper connection beyond business.
As the sole Marketing representative and primary event coordinator, I also took on the role of MC. My focus was on creating an atmosphere of genuine hospitality and cultural immersion. The success was palpable: the guests were not just pleased but genuinely impressed, which significantly strengthened the relationship between Vinpearl and Melia International (a partnership now valued at $5 million USD). This intimate event proved to be a pivotal moment, directly opening doors for VinHMS to expand its reach beyond Vietnam, notably into Indonesia. This project underscored my ability to manage complex logistics, engage an audience as an MC, and deliver high-value experiences on a personal scale.
Scaling Up: The “Influence Launching Event” in Cambodia
Shifting gears dramatically, I had the privilege to be a key coordinator for the “Influence Launching Event” in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. This was no ordinary launch; it was Cambodia’s first-ever 3D mapping with gauze show, an ambitious spectacle that drew over 700 attendees, from government officials to local celebrities. As a coordinator for performance and logistics, I was deeply involved in bringing this grand vision to life.
This event was a resounding success, creating a powerful impact and firmly establishing Influence Agency as a major player in the Cambodian market. Its legacy continues, with Influence Agency now leveraging its reputation to host prestigious events like Miss Cosmo Cambodia 2025. This experience showcased my capability to manage large-scale productions, handle intricate logistics, and contribute to an event’s overall grandeur and strategic success.
